Casey, a Maine native, was raised by a lake in the Belgrade Lakes Region. He began his career in the industry as a framer/drywaller in 2001, gaining hands-on experience. This experience has provided him with invaluable knowledge throughout the years. He holds the belief that one cannot achieve perfection in the industry without personally performing the work to grasp the significance of each step.

Casey's commitment, hard work, and perseverance earned him a foreman role, where he adeptly managed numerous multi-million-dollar projects in both Maine and Florida. His portfolio includes a variety of projects such as multi-story hotels, higher education institutions, schools, hospitals, sports/event arenas, international airports, expansive retail shopping centers, assisted living complexes, and multifamily condominiums.

Ultimately, he advanced to the position of site superintendent, where he supervised multiple foremen on extensive projects before finally being promoted to senior superintendent.

His hands-on experience has been successful, equipping him with the knowledge to lead his own company and offer excellent service to the people of New England.

Saul, who hails from North Carolina and is of Honduran heritage, began his career as a framer and drywaller in the late 1990s. In North Carolina, he established his own business in framing and drywall. 

He started with a small team specializing in framing and drywall work as a subcontractor, but due to high demand, the business expanded gradually. Over the years, his company extended its reach across the East Coast.

Saul's years as a subcontractor along the East Coast helped him build a vast network of highly experienced and skilled workers. 

Meeting Casey led to a fast friendship and ongoing communication. After numerous discussions, they concluded that Casey's management expertise combined with Saul's extensive network would be best utilized by forming their own company. 

Consequently, Saul moved to Maine, and thus, Nicole Drywall was established.
